Welcome to Light & Nature Energy, where my mission is to provide you with a peaceful and relaxing environment for your Reiki session. I use the traditional Japanese technique of Reiki to help balance your energy and promote a sense of well-being. I believe that Reiki is a powerful tool for healing and I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Whether you are dealing with physical, emotional, or spiritual issues, I am here to support you on your journey to optimal health.
I am a certified Holy Fire® III World Peace Karuna Reiki® Master, experienced in the practice of Reiki. I am registered on the ICRT site, (International Center of Reiki Training). I am also certified as Meditation Teacher. I am passionate about helping others and committed to providing a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for all clients.
I discovered and started to learn Reiki in 2019 through my own journey of self growth. I have been dedicated in practicing Reiki since my certification in 2020 on a daily basis. It has helped me with personal healing and health issues. I have always known and believed in the body"s ability to heal itself and Reiki has only strengthened and shown me the depths of that truth. I have been providing Reiki services to clients since 2021, but mainly focusing on my own health, self growth, and training within that time. With my own self growth and the benefits I have received from Reiki, I am inspired to share it with others.
I have worked my way through many trainings and certifications and now I am a certified Holy Fire® III World Peace Karuna Reiki® Master. I am passionate about helping others and I am dedicated to providing the best possible care to my clients. As with Reiki and most energy healing modalities, each practitioner has a unique set of skills and expertise, which I look forward to sharing with you.

Learn the art of Geomancy to help clear the land, buildings, and water of low vibrational and negative energy. Through the use of Reiki and permission from all Energies involved, you will learn to help clear the land of negative and low vibrational energy, in Harmony with all. You will learn how to ask permission from all Energies involved with the land, water and/or building in order to send Reiki to that area. In doing so, it may release negative energies, and entities so it can begin to heal.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is a powerful form of alternative wellness that promotes physical, mental, and emotional balance. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive technique that is based on the idea that an unseen 'life force energy' flows through us and is what causes us to be alive; (chi, ki, prana). It is the direct transfer of universal energy to the client through the practitioner.
It is a form of sending energy (Ki/Prana/Chi/ of the Highest Source) to your body's energy field & centers to help you aid in healing by releasing stress, withheld emotions, and/or stagnant energy. It actually follows the principles of physics; that the Universe is comprised of energy, and that physical matter is also, as well. We receive energy throughout the day without realizing it; through the sunlight, from tress, nature, people, etc. Everything around us is comprised of energy in some form. Some energies are low in frequencies and vibrations that can cause us to feel tired, depressed, or just temporarily bring down our mood/vibration. For these daily energies that we come across that cause temporary lowered frequencies or vibrations, it can easily be raised by many methods such as yoga, being in nature, high frequency music, grounding methods, meditation, mindfulness, & Reiki, to name a few. Reiki can help with these daily low energies, but it also has the ability to help with deeper withheld energies and traumas stored within your body. It can bring it to the surface to be released and without even having to know what caused it, especially with deep traumas.
Reiki uses the highest source of energy to help a person or animal release stuck or stored energy within that is unhealthy for us. Just as a sigh helps release energy by breathing in air which is comprised of light and energy and bringing it down and within our body to bring out the pent of energy we are holding at the moment. Reiki works on bringing in an energy comprised of high frequencies to release those stuck energies within on a deeper level than a sigh does and in various parts of the body. Think of vibrations and how if you are to vibrate an object that has stuck dirt on it, the vibrations will loosen and cause the dirt to be released from the object. In a sense Reiki works like that, helping the body loosen and release the stuck low energies from the body, gently and for many it is not even felt. The more sessions and attuned to Reiki, the more you sense the energy transfers. Reiki also has the benefit of cleansing and balancing your chakras.
Reiki is used in some hospitals throughout the U.S. to help aid in the healing process after surgeries, procedures, and cancer treatment. It has been shown to be helpful used along with or after medical treatments. It is also known to help reduce stress and help you relax. Since it is known to help with relaxing and stress it also has helped some with lessening their anxiety. There are many benefits it can provide and many of those are based on an individual and dependent on how open you are to receiving help and with helping yourself heal and overcoming/letting go of what is causing you to be unhealthy. Reiki can sometimes help you become aware of a root cause of an issue so you may release it and begin to help or possible begin to heal parts of yourself. Reiki is unlimited since the source of energy it comes from is unlimited and at its highest source so the benefits can also be limitless. It is however, highly suggested to work on yourself and take other measurements for your health to maintain a healthy lifestyle and ensure the work of Reiki and any other self-care is being optimized. Especially since we encounter energy all day long not all of highest source, along with other stress and withhold it in unconsciously.

Geomancy is the art form of helping the land, water, and buildings release energies stored within in that are not beneficial to the land, people, animals, and plants that live on it. Certain energies can be trapped into the land and this does not allow the land to heal properly and can affect people and animals in that area or home.
Have you ever wondered why some houses feel more comfortable than others? Or some houses give you a sense of unease?
This could be due to energies being held within the structure of the home or land that need to be released., safely and properly. Areas where battles or wars or similar disturbances have occurred, create a disturbance in the lands natural state and it needs a releasing so it can stop holding onto that low vibrational energy. This also can occur where a lot of land reshaping or destruction has occurred. The land holds onto trauma much like people do and it can not properly heal itself until those energies are released. With the use of Reiki I help the land, home and/or water release the energies safely so they become a higher frequency so as to not harm the area any longer. This allows the land to heal as it is intended.
This isn't as simple as just sending Reiki to the land. Permission is needed from all Energies that are in, charge of restoring and keeping balance and the protection to the land. it is about working in Harmony with Nature and the Higher Source of Energy to help so the area can restore, balance and heal itself.

We have experience on the usage, setting up and disconnecting a peace grid to the World Peace Grids, which is taught in the Reiki Masters Class.
We have also constructed our own peace crystal grids & animal healing crystal grids outside in nature. Which can be connected to a grid kept indoors to help assimilate the energy and activate other frequencies and energies within it.
We have constructed and placed several animal healing crystal grids worldwide and are always looking for more safe areas they can be constructed on.
We can offer guidance in several ways, either partial or full guidance.
