Refund Policy

Purchased Live Class Trainings may be fully refunded within 24 hours prior to the day of class start, with the following exceptions. Reiki Manuals must be returned. (undamaged and unmarked). The cost of the manual & other charges that may apply will not be refunded if there is damage, it is marked in/on, or it is unreturned. The cost of return shipping of a manual is at your own cost. You will not be fully refunded until the manual is returned in an undamaged/unmarked state. If the class does not involve receiving a manual then this exception does not apply. Once Live Class(es) has/have reached the start date, they are non-refundable,

All purchased Meditations, prerecorded videos,  prerecorded classes and prerecorded trainings are non-refundable upon purchase, due to the immediate access to the product.

Distant Reiki sessions and Geomancy Clearing Sessions are to be paid in full prior to or on day of service prior to scheduled time.

In-Person Reiki sessions can be paid in full at time of service. Once services are rendered there is no refund.

Disclaimer: Reiki does not replace seeing a doctor or replace receiving any medical treatment or medications. What you receive is dependent upon what is for your highest and greatest good, how open to receiving you are, and what you allow. You may experience  cold or flu like symptoms, or are just more tired after a Reiki session,. This is due to your body releasing low vibration and low frequency energies, that your body is expelling as it is being replaced by higher frequency Energy.. Your body is purging what is no longer useful or serving it anymore. By accepting to receive Reiki you are agreeing to all terms and conditions.

Meditations and Meditation Art are for personal meditation only , any other uses  without permission are prohibited.
